Crazy Driver

<p>Monday 25 July 2016 at around 19:40 I noticed a SAPS Bakkie following me from the Moot Police Station in Swemmer Street. I noticed he had only 1 working head light and he was driving so close to me I thought he was going to hit my many times. Then he took a other road than I took and his road lead up to him almost hitting me again when he wanted to skip a stop street. After that he was behind me again and then he passed me over a solid line. The car comming from the opposite side had to stop and I had to stop to avoid the Police Bakkie from hitting us as he was trying to pass me and amost hit the other car head to head. Then when i tried to get his numberplate he speeded off. He then drove into the oposite lane again when he wanted to turn right infront of a other car. The only way I can discribe the Police Bakkie is: It is a Nissan NP200 Bakkie with the place to keep prissoners in the back. He have only 1 working head light and 1 working rear light.</p>
