*******ion and incompetency in the South African Police Services

South African Police Service is full of *******ion and incompetency, a cousin of mine app**** for the 2019/2020 intake and had undergone all the necessary steps such as the fitness and interview but the intake was then halted due to Covid-19, however in February this year (2022) he received an SMS saying the intake was resumed and he should come in order for his fingerprints to be taken, he then went for the medical examination which is said to be the last stage for the intake process things went well there but was surprised when he did not receive any feedback until yesterday 18 May 2022 he received an SMS stating that there were abnormalities in his test results and that he should send a test mail to receive his referral letter, my concern is why did it take so long for them to make any form of communication seeing as most of the trainees who had abnormalities in their medical examinations received the referral letters on the day of the medical examinations and they do not state on the SMS the kind of abnormalities he has, I am writing this with serious concern seeing as the *******ion and incompetency that takes place in the SAPS and feel that he was not treated fairly!.
