<p>I find it hilarious that a SAPS Captain is used to investigate a colleague, also a captain by the way, to resolve matters concerning the interference of a case made by a detective, of the same station, case number 50/01/19, which has suddenly disappeared, no longer available, regarding a female sergeant, removed from the case, that I requested be taken off, after telling me that the case was thrown out of court, to my total surprise. The crux of this complaint revolves around a foreign immigrant, also a police informant, who many of Durban north SAPS condone to the fullest, by harassing certain people, using false number plates on a vehicle, that he drives on a daily basis. Apart from a confrontation with myself and threatening me in front of witnesses, with a weapon, he also contravenes the Municipal bylaws, be vending and selling goods on the street pavement, despite been warned, by licensing authorities not to. What is disheartening is that our own people are denied to vend or sell in the same area without permission. This foreigner also drives the vehicle without a license disc, but the log book in the passenger side windscreen. Durban north SAPS is doing nothing about the above case and making no effort whatsoever to resolve this matter.</p>
