Complaint Umbilo Police Station

I would like to share my dissatisfaction at UMBILO police station when I went there sent by the CR court in Durban with the letter of demand.Constable Gwala just chased me away before I went inside the door he told me that nobody will hear that case of mine it's too minor and spoke very badly up until we ended up shouting at each other. He told me not to even open the door at that time I was so disperately in need of the police assistance. I just walked outside the gate and he followed me with words telling me his address where he resides if I want to meet him for fight after work.The way I was turned down I could not even ask for station commander as there were other police who were also against me.what was worrying me is that I told them that the court sent me to that police station but still they refused to help me and constable Gwala insisted that I don't get help.Or maybe I was disturbing their nice talk they had in the veranda that why i received that service.this all happened last week Thursday after lunch.When I asked one sergeant at the CR he told me to go and report to the station commander but I don't feel they will take any action to my complain
