Complaint against 2 officers

<p>BELOW IS THE E-MAIL THAT I SENT TO THE SAPS, BUT STILL NO FEEDBACK. PLEASE HELP</p> <p> </p> <p>I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE STATION REGARDING MY CASE, BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HELPING ME.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p>I would like to lodge a complaint against 2 of the Bloemfontein Park Road Police Station offices, names are Ms. Lekhanya and Ms. Njari.</p> <p>I went to the police station last night to report and open an assault case against one of the tenants at the complex where I live.</p> <p>On arrival at the station, I found the very same person that I wanted to lay a charge against, I then talked on my phone and went out, as i did not want to be in the same room with him.</p> <p>I later on came again and found him still there, I again left and came back for the 3rd time, and found that he is no longer at the station.</p> <p>I then greeted the 2 officers, and spoke with Ms. Njari and told her that I would like to open an assault case.</p> <p>I had to wait for her going through her bag and purse for about a few minutes, she then closed her food, as they were eating, she came to me and as I started to explain my reason for opening the case, Ms Lekhanya disrespectfully interrupted me while I was talking and told me that I am here to report is already reported by the other guy who was here.</p> <p>How is that any of her business, first of all, I was not talking to her, she just jumped in and started talking, then Ms. Njari looked at me and told me that someone opened a case against me and got a restraining order as well.</p> <p>They then said why didn't I report the case while me and the other guy was here, I told them that I did not want to report the incident while that guy was in the same room as I was, that's why I always went out whenever he was still in the room.</p> <p>They then told me that I was dodging that guy, and they repeatedly told me so, I told them that I did not dodge him, I did not want to be in the same room as he is, because he is the one who assaulted and threatened me that he will "f****n" beat me up and shoot me.</p> <p>I told them that my reason is because I don't want to be near or in the same room with someone who assaulted me verbally, physically and threatened to beat me up and shoot me, they then said that is not reason enough for you not to come and report it while he's here.</p> <p>Who are they to tell me that, they were not the ones that were assaulted, I was, who gave them the right to tell me when and how to report a case, how the hell do they say that is not reason enough for me not to come and report the case.</p> <p>The first priority of the police is to serve and protect the South African citizens, not to decide for them what is reason enough and not. I want these 2 officers dealt with as soon as possible, if I do not get any feedback within a reasonable time from you, i am going to take it up and send the very same e-mail to Mr. Mbalula.</p> <p>My contact number is - ********** , I work in a call center environment, if needs be that you must call me, please call me during these times: 09:30 or 12:00 or 14:30, or alternatively after hours which is from 16:30.</p> <p>Thank you and have a wonderful day</p>
