complaint

Second time that I went there to seek for help after I got a letter of demands from the magistrate for them to accompany me to the exact place and to collect the items I'm owed and I'm always been told that there's no van while as I could see some parked outside and while you ask them,they then respond in tshivenda knowing very well that I don't understand it_please help
