Complain

From 2021 5th August I was selling my car a white Mercedes Benz c*** model, I put an advert on Gumtree, a white guy saw it and he sent me an WhatsApp told me that his interested in want to buy my car, he made an appointment said we need to meet, I visited him after he gave me his address because his said his in other BnB around Mtata E.C really I went there I found him outside the BnB, we spoke and he showed an interest in the car, he wanted to test drive it I agree with that I stayed next to him he drove the car, we turn and he told me that everything is fine he wanted to buy it, I told him that I sell it with R150 000 and the white guy said he wanted to buy it with R140 000 still I agreed with that, the guy take out the forms and told me that his working for the company they call it Car's For Africa they are in Cape town, fill everything and he demanded to go with my car I said I will not relesed my car without payment, they guy called someone his said his the boss and I got the massage it shows as if it's from Bank, still I told him that I will never released my car till I get money in my account, the guy send a proff of payment and it shows that money it will appear in my account after 48 hrs, I released my and gave him even the papers and copy of my ID, it was Thursday was expecting money on Saturday but I got nothing till today, on Saturday later I think it was 10pm since I was in Mtata I went to Ngangelizwe police station to open the case because I saw my car true cartracker it was in P.E (Gqeberha) I didn't get helped in Ngangelizwe police station because they said the is no people who who's going c**** the case, I called other police station in P.E asking the police to go and take the car and keep it in police station the guy said if the is no case number it won't help, I went back home and slept, in the morning I went to P.E because the Tracker was still showing my car, I called the other friend of mine his a police to escort me because I was willing to go fetch my car, we got my car from the other coloured guy his name Ashwin Naidoo, we spoke with the guy told him that we want the car and told him every story, the guy refused to release my car because he said he bought it in that morning with r65000, I said please go and show us the guy you bought this car from him the guy refused again and said he can't show us because his sleeping, I said let's go to the police station with the car because I want to open the case still the coloured guy refused he said he won't give us the car, we went to Karbeca police station with him but he left the car behind, in Karbeca police we found other surgeon her surname is Ellard, we spoke with her and I told her everything about my car the laidy told me that the is no case here, I asked her to go with us and take my so that they can keep it in police station wile they will still investigating the case still she refused and told me that they won't go and take the car because the guy bought it, she said she will send the other police to go and take photos and leave the car there, I opened the case in Karbeca police P.E they sent it to Mtata Central, Mtata Central gave it to those they are investigating with car, the head of that investigation case was Col Sakwe in Mtata, it tooks for months and I was busy calling the Mtata police but still they didn't helped me, I got the number of General Dlala the head in Bisho since I know he have all powers I told him about my case and asked the case number I gave him but still the guy failed me, Mtata police they called P.E that department of vehicles to send someone and go there to take my car, P.E vehicle department send the other guy surgeon Joubert, the guy went there and he saw my car after he called me and said mr Jozana please call Mtata police to help you and go with you to your car, I asked him if why you didn't take it? He said he won't answer me, I stayed waiting the police to help, still Mtata police they visited the guy who's using my car and they spoke with him the guy told them that I will never get my car instead he will burn it they came back with empty handed, this year I've decided to withdraw the case because SAPS they failed me, my car is in P.E now the Naidoo guy his using it, i was planning to hire the other guys to go there and take my car because police they failed dismal, I will never be fine till I get back my car, i'm struggling now the guy enjoying to use my car
