Cofimvaba police station need intervention from superior

My sister went to SAPS police station in Cofimvaba to open a ***** case, She arrived there at 11:30 and she was told to wait for someone to assist her in opening the case. She didn't get assistance from that time until 13:22, and when she ask again she was told to wait because the person who is suppose to assist her is busy with inmates, she then went out to buy food and come back again and wait till no assistance instead people who are in duty assist people who came to certify documents. she asked again and she was told to wait, she said from 11:30 till 13:56 exactly who are we waiting for, "he then said you are waiting for us, we are the one's who will assist you. Then the police officer continued to ask people who came to certify documents. My sister decided to go without being assisted. In COFIMVABA POLICE STATION. their attitude is stink, how can you keep people that long but you are the one who's suppose to help.
