Child Abuser Assited by Police to Intimidate

An Ethiopian lady opened a case of child abuse. The accused continued to make threats against her life and her children. She moved from her house and got a protection order against him. He continued to threaten her and her relatives. The accused opened a false case against her, the detective became overly friendly with the accused. We had called him to report violation of the protection order, he defended the accused claiming they had been together the entire day and passed his cellphone to the accused, he continued to state he would arrest the mother of the abused children. Two days later he made good on his threat and collect her from her home but didn't book her in the station, merely parked in the parking lot and discussed the case in his car. They later returned to her house and the detective invited the accused to the victim's mothers house to state his side. He was completely beliggerant, threatening and intimidating without the police doing anything to stop him. She was let go, he continued to threaten her that evning. We reported the matter to Station where a Constable pretended to be a Captain in the Captains presence, a warrant **** that there are 12 Captains. Nobody
