To whom it may concern.

I Zebulon Xolani would like to express my dissatisfaction with regards of the case that was investigated by one of the detectives at ESHOWE POLICE in KZN under KING NCETSHWAYO MUNICIPALITY, the case involves my 15 years old teenage innocent daughter Sthembele Mkhize. On her way home from school, where she was a victim of suspected who attempted to **** her. My daughter didn’t see the suspect's facial as he was wearing balaclava to hide his face but they were 3 witnesses saw and confirmed the suspect's clothes which my daughter confirmed. After investigation which clearly seems to me there has been a blind eye and defeat of the end of justice and Perjury upon this case. I was told by the detective that Prosecutor dismissed the case stating that our case has no solid evidence to the case as the suspect was not identified facially by my daughter.

1) They was no buccal samples taken. 2)The suspect was never even questioned. 3)My daughter was never interviewed and hear her side of the story. 4)My case never presented to the Court. 5)The investigation officer has treated this case on the favor of the suspect. I would like to get some responds from the Court because the suspect is walking free while my daughter is still traumatized, and a quick response will be highly appreciated.
