Case of ***** open no case number after 14 days

I complain about a ***** case which I open with Sunnyside Police station. 14 days after I have not receive a case number of an investigating officer. Like I said, my Vodacom sim card was swapped unknowingly. It was then used to transfer money from my account to another capitec clients. I want details of that person but the bank can't do that without a case number and before police be involved. Nit wit brain police in Sunnyside can't decide where the crime scene must be. 17 days down the line no one want to get decision and help me. Insteda on of these good for nothing is calling me asking me where the case scene must be. This is so stupid and ridiculous as I am not a police and can't makes such decision. Please help. Also i got a case where someone still from me. I caught the guy and handed him over to the same police. Few days the guys is out on the street and I was not even informed. When I asked, they say the court release him, How can this be when I was not called to testify as a someson who laid charges against the suspect, I even have footage on one to the suspect on their file. But still these did not courage them to do their job after I gave them strong evidence, Lazy boys
