Case number 178/12/2021

On the 15 January 2021 I have lodged a complaint regarding the case i opened with BEKKERSDAL SAPS and havent got any response so i dont know what does that mean or i should solve the case on my own because i can do that since there is no justice. Can i be advised what should i do or where should i go to be assisted because our Police are not helpful and they are not taking us serious
