Case logged but there is no feedback

On the 30th January 2015, I was bumped by a reversing van while I was stationary at the lenasia south shopping center, the driver didn't want to take responsibility for his action, I then decided to take his number plates and rushed to lenasia south police station, they made me open an accident report case that I was informed to make a follow up the following week, which is this week, I called in today, sergeant Baud answered and she kept on transferring while the other parties are clearly stating that its her responsibility to handle such case, I await an immediate response in regards to this matter as I need my car sorted, lenasia south SAPS service its pathetic no one knows what to do hence they kept on transferring me from one person to another, I have wasted about R15 on that call only, I wish to get an Immediate response in regards to this matter.
