Case disappear

On 2 February 2018, I went to the Edenvale SAPS office to report a case of ****** money. I gave all the required information, completed all the forms and was told that a case number will be sms'ed to me as this case should fall under Bedfordview. By Friday, 9 February 2018 I have still not heard anything about this. I called the station and spoke to Constable Mavuso who told me that my information disappeared but he will investigate and let me know what is going on. It is 15 February 2018 today and I have not heard anything from SAPS Edenvale, no case number and no feedback.
