Case 148-04-2022

I was gun pointed by two police man and they pointed me twice telling me that they want to kill me and they beaten me up and had scars in my face that are still visible even today and that costed me a chance of being a judge in the beauty reagents because I was being contacted every year by Walter Sisulu university and ikhala college but ever since I was injured I am no longer in that kind of a particle job.. I went further with this and opened a case for these guys but case was suppressed instead they kept on calling me taking statements after statements telling me that they are "omiting" my statements they took them more than 5 times then at the end I was told that the case is cancelled. The two police are Mr masumpa and Mr madikane .the guy who was investigating the case is Mr Dokolwana after this incident I tried and spoke to Ipid they made many extuses for not investigating the matter up until they sent me a letter stating that this case is not theirs so I should contact Mr Maj-Gen Adolph in Chris hani District Commander but the contact no they provided is not working even for the other guy who was also attached to the letter who is Mr Vuyani Mapolisa from the Department of Community Safety and his number also did not go through so since this kind of treatment is also have an attempted ****** by this police I would love to sue them.case no is 148-04-2022 date of the incident is 14 of April 2022 the person from Ipid who wrote in my docket that the case is not in their capacity to investigate is Mr nguta from East London .the police who did this are from Mlungisi police station in Queenstown.
