CAS 110/09/2024

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my case, No. 110/09/2024. Despite providing substantial evidence, including CCTV footage of the suspects, the case has been closed without any resolution or proper communication from your department.

I have made several attempts to contact the number provided to me, but it appears to be non-existent. This lack of assistance and follow-up is completely unacceptable, especially given the positive leads available that could help in apprehending the suspects.

I urge you to reopen this case immediately and take the necessary actions to investigate the matter thoroughly. The evidence we have is crucial and should not be overlooked. I expect a prompt response and a clear plan of action from your side
