Carolina SAPS Reservist's Bad service

I went to Carolina police station in Mpumalanga province today for documents certifying, I found reservist's who were in charge of certifying documents, they have bad service as they don't know their job, they refused to certify as my document date of issue is 2025 and expire date is 2027 ,they said my document is not valid and is a printed out document which expired date of 2025. I told them to scan QR code to verify but they refused.
