Captain Reddy from Estcourt SAPS. I have noticed that everytime I go there when he is on shift, I always leave as a satisfied citizen. Last time I was there, I was delayed by the absence of the affidavit forms. As I was waiting, I did not feel the pressure of waiting much as he kept updating me on the progress. While I was there there was an African old mama who was there to ask for help from the policemen. Captain Reddy requested one of the Constables that was on shift to assist the old lady and he explained to the constable that the lady is speaking ISIZULU. Please Captain keep up the good service and continue assisting us with your undivided attention. Salute.
