Captain Harrington's excellent attitude

I would like to compliment Captain Harrington from the Cape Town Police Station. He managed to help me with a case in just 2 days after struggling for 2 years! His attitude, his attentiveness, his willingness to help has certainly put him right at the top of his ranks in terms of Police Service. I would just like to thank him for the wonderful service he has provided and it truly has restored my faith again in the service, thanks to him.
