Can someone tell me: when do they show up when called??

We had a forced entry at 10am Wednesday, where my father(74) was tied up and being suffocated. He had to fight them off and call for help. WAR security company eventually showed up after their panic button did not work. The police were called by us and WAR… Needless to say, they did not show up.
