Bloemfontein SAPS failed to apprehend or fine an unregistered vehicle of a foreign national who intentionally reversed into my vehicle and failed to take responsibility, police men came to the scene and failed to help me with this matter as the foreign national didn't even have any papers or identification on him and they simply let him get away with the issue Scott free leaving me on the scene of the accident with no assistance whatsoever.
