Bad service received from government officials

My sister was collected by kempton park policemen at around 1pm today, she had to leave her 3 toddlers with a neighbor as they took her for questioning. To my surprise she is in a police cell her lawyer mr mlangeni waited for the police officer to charge her but till now nothing, he phoned the officer who told him it is raining he can't come to the station to charge her. In this pandemic the nation is facing the government officials cannot work in the rain kids must now be exposed to the virus while staying with neighbors the mother must also be exposed to the virus while waiting for the rain stop si she can be charged if it rains till next Tuesday she must wait... this is pathetic
