bad service received from a police officer

We came in the station to open 2 cases one was a hit and Run. Officer baloyi opened only one case she refused to help us with the second case and told us she can't help us cos we don't have any information of the car that fled the scene. We where told to sit and wait for someone to help us while there we 7 police officers in the room but non could help us with anything while we waited
