Bad service Jeppe police station

I was attacked an hour ago by ex boyfriend and I went to open a case and protection order at Jeppe Police Station in Johannesburg and I found Detective or Constable Sithebe who couldn't help me and I've got wounds and everything as evidence and worse the time I took Uber to police station I passed my abuser standing with friends but I told this police and he said he can't go there I'm so hurt where are we gonna open cases now cz 10111 needs airtime I tried thousands times
