Bad service experienced at Polokwane Police station

On the 24th January 2019 at 12h:45,I went to Polokwane Police station to certify my documents.i helped by one of policeman and after he asked to be excused and requested a lady by the name of Merriam Nkoana(Reservist Constable Merriam Nkoana) to certify for us.The lady shouted at me and I say she asked people to put their documents next .I said I never heard you.She kept on shouting at me and that why am I closing my ears whereas she is speaking. I asked her not to shout at me because I never heard her. I asked her about bathopele principles and shy is she always insulting people.she said she doesn't care as she is working for a Department.. and she is not afraid of me.I told her I am also working for a Department and I know how to treat people.she insulted me and say **** of you ugly thing.i said atleast i am ugly and educated.One day she insulted one guy and promised to beat him up.She is making these a habit.Please I would like you to intervene and help people who are being insulted everyday by government officials.We are sick and tired of being harassed by this lady.Thank u My email is ********** or I can be contacted on this number ********** 536 .
