bad service by useless cops

<p>Are these people not suppose to protect us and make sure that eac individual in this country is safe and helped?</p> <p>On the 08 of March 2017 in the midnight hours there was a burgarly in the house next door mine and its a student accomodation headed by a caretaker as the owner of the house does not leave there. so as we called the police to come do they job, they come late with a car that looks like its going to die at anytime and the police lady just sat in the car and asked us what was going on. Was she not suppose to step out of the car and ask if everyone is ok and then asked for the person that called then attend to the matter? I ask my self, what if the ******s were still in the house? People would have been hurt already.</p> <p>Then they ask the caretaker to come with them to the police station, then wen they get there the guy says they found other police officers sleeping while on duty. Please note that all this happened in Orlando East, Soweto and at the Orlando Police station.</p> <p>Next thing they tell him that they will never open the case for him because he is not the owner of the house. I mean the onwer does not even leave there, she does not even know what happened. What statement is she going to give to the police?</p> <p>This is just bad service on another level.</p>
