Bad service

today at 09/08/2021, I went to Eshowe Taylors Halt Police Station to certify some documents, I was helped by SGT Thanda Nodada I must say I didn't like the service I received, at first I notice her attitude that is was off, she was moody, she didn't greet us but I greeted her on purpose though I notice that I was bothering her. she took all my documents and certified half of them before she could finish, she said we are not allowed to certify more than 4 documents, I took some of them back without being certified.

what bothers me is that she never told us even before she started she should have told us that we have to do 4 documents and I didn't see any notice or she didn't show us any notice written on the wall for the public to see and it is my fault I didn't know, I didn't like her attitude, her tone, her responses.

I am so furious I didn't receive much help that I was expecting... and can you please tell them also to have sanitizers, every person entering that door touches the handle and there is no sanitizer at all.
