Bad service

I am so heart broken and disappointed by this police station as they don't care and do their work properly.When they took that oath they promised to serve the community but that police station it doesn't do that .I'm 39year old brother threaten to stab my 75year old mom he even said to him he once ****ed someone and shot him dead.I woke up by the noise of him even and I called the police 13:00 hours again I called after 20 minutes to confirm if the van is coming.Upntil now 13:54 pm so if someone dies that's where they will come in.The police station has poor service I wish and pray they could deploy other police officers who really want to serve the community.My brother here is busy verbal abusing my mom .If they can't protect us who will then
