bad poor service

hi<br> <br> Station commander at saps johannesburg at 18:07, he did not want to help me and explain to me legal protection as to wat to do with my problem. ...he was very agressive and all the other police officers do not want to gv me his name. The service is very poor, they all talking their own things not helping all clients.
