Bad Police Service

I have a ***** case against Capitec Bank opened at Midrand police station on the 30 September and my investigating officer ZK Khumalo is not reachable, he does not even return my calls, the station commander is also not available and the banks needs a court order in order to get some funds from Nedbank but without my investigating officer present or assisting me I'm stuck. CAS 657/9/2021
