Bad police misconduct

Yesterday on the 26th of December 2021 the SAPC police pulled over my brother and escorted him in hand cuffs to the police station before they could transport him to the police station they took everything out of his pockets and took all his items .they then transported my brother and his friend in separate cars .they took him to the police station in berea and a police officer took my brother car and drove to the police station .the police officers continued to harass and ask for a bribe.they didn’t arrest them as my brother told them to they let them go but, stole the phone and all the item they had in the car .
