Bad Customer Services

I’m writing this because there is an error that is causing me problems when applying for jobs overseas. I app**** for a PCC on 2024-02-06 and it was finalised on 2024-02-14 which is also captured on the CRC system online. And then on the 18th of April, I went to fetch my Certificate at the police station in Midrand only to find out that CRC department had written my date of birth wrong. My date of birth is 1998-12-17 but the certificate was written 1992-12-17. Same day, I then went to Pretoria to the ******** Record Centre to fix the error, I got the best service and they fixed it.

I received a new Certificate with the stamped date of 2024-04-18. I guess the lady that was helping me stamped it with a new date, which in turn doesn’t correspond with the captured finalised date on the CRC system online. Now this in the outside counties is giving me a problem because if the finalisation date does not correspond or match with the stamped date on the certificate, it is considered as redundant and they assume that the PCC was expedited or bribed for.

I have been calling the department and emailing I haven’t gotten a hold of anybody and this is delaying my moving process. I am kindly asking that the dates are changed on the capturing system so that when my overseas recruiters check me on the system nothing holds them back and the dates correspond because my PCC has already been Apostilled and this is the only thing holding them back from hiring me.
