Bad Customer Service

On the 20/08/2015 I went to Madeira Police Station,Mthatha to report an incident.<br> i was assisted by officer Dondolo, who could not help me saying its the 20th pay day for teachers, so some people who must help me are out in an operation, i must come some other day.<br> i went back on Sunday 23rd, i arrived at 17h30, i waited for 45 min to be helped because there was change of shift. Eventually officer Mpangele helped us and said we must go an SMS will be sent, we must come at 08h00 to office No 20. When we arrived at 08h00 we were told to wait because they were still cleaning the passage and the staff is on parade and praying.<br> At 08h30 we entered office No 20 there were no documents for us there referred back to the charge office to trace the case number as we did not receive the SMS.<br> We waited for another hour because they were calling the officer who was helping us. The officer rep**** by saying we were not sure about our contact number, which is not through.<br> Now they are tracing it on the computer, and the system is down. So still not helped.
