Bad customer care and bad service

Good day<br> <br> I made an application for a police clearance in July (ref *** issued in Feb), paid R96, faxed and then emailed the copy of the old police clearance and the receipt on 5th July and 17th August this year.<br> <br> I phoned +27 (0) 12 *** around mid day on 18th August and the lady I spoke to indicated that the police clearance is ready for collection.<br> <br> I then went on and arranged with a courier to fetch the police clearance and send it to me. They were told the police clearance is not yet ready
