Bad CR

I would like to lodge a complaint against Daleen van Oostrum. I emailed CRC Name Clearance for a status on my application for a Police Clearance Certificate. She rep**** saying CRC can not issue me with another certificate, as the one I was requesting was expired. To which I rep**** ATTACHING the certificate and receipt that was faxed to them by Durbanville Police Station; and she has not go back to me again. Surely if it is public service; they should have rep**** to my follow-up email.<br> <br> She chose to RANDOMLY reply that my certificate was expired, okay she was wrong when she thought the my certificated was expired, the fact that it was Durbanville Police Station who faxed, it means she does not regard the service from a fellow police officer.
