Bad communication with people

I was the road as four police man threaten me on face oncoming with hazards on alluding emergency. The way they talk to people was not a proper manner as they intimidate me on being there Asking. So the was verbal words out of the police man accusing me and threatening me. We went to police station as I asked for complain form they state they don't work with such it is their station they do as they pleased. I asked for the station commander as the tension was heating up they refused. Warrant Ntseke threaten that he could make my life difficult cause he is a police man and I don't know anything. Can you please help us to find out what time of criteria are they using as they said they would assault me and nothing would happen because they hide or would destroy files made against. I would like to know why are they using verbal words against people and communication in a manner of inviting trouble against people. They said they are untouchable and would do anything to destroy my future because they have rights to do anything
