ATHLONE SAPS POOR SERVICE

I made a case for ******* the 17th of August 2021 at Athlone police station . The police officer told me that they will send the documents to philllipi police station because the ******* happened in philllipi and that it will take about 2 to 3 days. Philllipi saps will log the case on the system and will send me a case number. On the the 22nd I called in to philllipi police station to ask them if they have received my folder and they said no and told me it might be to early to know if they received it or not. I called in about 4 or 5 times on different days. I then went the next morning to Athlone police station and ask them about my case and folder if they sent it. They said they can't find my folder and they don't have anything on the system. Then I ask the officer how is that possible they just said they don't know. I asked them where Iis the officer that helped me with the case they told there is no such person working here. What poor service. I'm really disappointed. I realized that it might have ended up in the bin. As they don't want to work but just sit around.
