Assuallted case

My child Thato was bul**** and assuallted at school,after we opened a case a boitekong police station and the case was referred to WO:M.V. MOTLANYE with a reference and case number(310/10/2019)station number:*** after receiving a detailed sms of a case number and reference we waited nd waited without anything up until my child finished writing exams Mr MOTLANYE didn't attend,investigate,never called us to update or did something.
