arrogant adamant metro

My encounter with a metro police who gives me a ticket for say i disobeyed a traffic sign ie a stop sign, where i know i stopped a vehicle was in front turning right i was behind him and stop and then turned right before even talking to me he already wrote a ticket and the infornation was already written he forcily took my licence and went to his vehicle took his time making it seem that his only writing the infornation then he was adamant and being sacartic instead of calming the situation infuriating a person and bystanders were watching this and insulted me in anger there was exchange of words is that what cops get paid for to lie to earn a living and provoke people just because the the law and tell us they can get arrest if we dont corporate while they can lie and earn a living.
