Always drop the phone down

When ever we try to call the isipingo police station, the phone either just rings or if u do get hold of some1 it will be a black lady who answers and slam the phone down on u. This is an on going thing and it's becoming frustrating when expecially trying to report a crime. What if it's a life threatening situation and when u call them then it's the same situation . these are the numbers I called *** /***. Please help to resolve this matter cause it's not only me but for the public as well in a life threatening situation.
