Accident non response

<p>Was involved in a car accident on N3 M2 on ramp going towards vanbuuren. Basically I was ramped on to the highway barriers by a drunk driver at 17h40. Tried calling 112 then 10111 but either was put on long holds or didn't just go through for help. The driver other driver manage to negotiate with a toll trucker and ran away leaving me alone and
