Accident case report

I went to the station after a drunk driver hit my car and drove off. They refused to open a small case and said I should open next day, when I went next day I was referred back to the late shift. First time I was attended to by Baloyi. Another day officer advised that I should lie under oath by stating that I was hit at the park. This is unacceptable. What do I say to the insurance. My case is still unresolved and I stay in Polokwane. It is not possible to open a case of Phalaborwa in Polokwane. Can someone explain better how this work because I need that case opened and I need a case number but it's obvious I'm being disrespected here. Sort this people out. They are not paid to sip drinks with straws and chat on the phones. They need to take people seriously. What must a person die first or be injured in order for a case to be openeable. They are disrespectful and don't take they job seriously
