Abuse of power

I want to complain about the south African police services in Ravensmead cape Town. They said on oath that they will serve and protect the citizens of the country against all crime which they don't. Saps abuse and vandalism peoples homes and properties when the not successful in the search parades. They don't search people's homes with search warrants and use their saps uniforms for abuse of power. People not suppose to be scared of saps, but they are.
