Abuse of position of responsibility and *******ion by an SAPS investigator based at Parkview Police Station.

Someone opened a case of ****** and ******* against my vehicle registration number HY23JHGP. Case number CAS135/12/2020. I discovered the case when I went to the traffic department to renew the vehicle's license disc in January 2021. They told me to go to the nearest police station to find out who opened the case. Prior to that two police officers had come to my house and intimidated me touting guns demanding me to open my yard gate. I had refused because they could not provide a search warrant and one of them had left his name and number with me. After going to the nearest police station, I got the name of the investigating officer on the case. Upon receiving it, I realised it was the same police officer who came to my house in December 2020 touting guns. I contacted him to find out what the whole thing was about. He told me it was about an crime committed at Mowbray Street in Emmarentia. He gave me the date on which the crime occurred. I provided him with my vehicle's tracker report for that day which showed my vehicle was parked at my house and it was more than 30kms away from the scene of crime. He told me to bring my vehicle to the police station so that I can go with him to vehicle identification services (13) so that they can assess it and he can remove it from being listed. I know what kind of vehicles go to 13. I refused to take my vehicle there on the note that he is associating my vehicle with a crime that has nothing to do with it. He is trying to frame me into a crime which has nothing to do with my vehicle as opposed to simply saying he made a mistake (poor) investigation, apologise on behalf of the SAPS and follow internal processes to remove the listing against my vehicle so that I can renew my vehicle license disk which is now seriously overdue. I have not used my vehicle for more than 5 years to date. The name of the investigating officer doing all this abuse of position of responsibility and *******ion is called Muluvhu. As we speak, he is quiet and nothing is happening and I am not able to use my vehicle.
