Abuse and threatening

Good day,

Today 20/08/2019 me and my work colleague Aubrey encountered a very unpleasant incident.

We were on our way from Brakpan to meet a customer in Duduza.

We got onto the Spaarwater Road going to Duduza, the first fourway we approached had no stop sign present and the paint on the road was very unclear and only became visible upclose +-30meter from the stop line as i kicked in my brakes and tried to get my motor vehicle to still stand, unfortunately my motor vehicle only stopped just past the stop line, i nottice as we stopped a police vehicle from the right passing at about 40km/h and skipping the stop sign that he was approaching with no siren, blue lights or any indication that he was in pursuit or in a emergency. At this point i told my work colleague that at least i tried to stop and the police just goes, they saw me then stopped in the middle of the road, approaching us in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner and asking me "what is your problem?" I then rep**** " I dont have a problem officer however noticed thatvyou skipped a stop with no indication of an emergency." 2 officers, officer Mhlongo and officer Miya stood at my vehicle aggressively opened my door and asked for my license which i immediately gave to them, officer mhlongo then shouted "Get out of the vehicle!" I switched my motor vehicle off unclipped my safty belt then stepped out both of the pushing and punching me to the chest stating that i will respect them and that i will not tell them how to do their job and repeatingly punching me to the chest "bullying" me and threatening me. I just said 100% then asked for my license so that i coyld leave. They then said that no they will keep my license and that i should follow them as they will wright me a fine. I kept quiet and followed them about 1.5 km up the road to a EMPD unit standing next to the road. I stopped behind the unit and got out of my vehicle, they then started speaking the the EMPD officer in a african language which i could not understand. The EMPD officer did not want to here my side of the incident and started writing a fine as he wrote both the officers where still threatening me and stated that if i was alone or at a more quiet place they would have beaten me up and that they will put me in hospital, that also made racial comments and stated that i am white privileged, i ignored and kept quiet as the EMPD officer wrote me a R2000.00 fine which states at main charge "Endangering approaching traffic" my surname and name spelled wrong and scruble in the ID number written by the EMPD officer, and the Road name used on the fine does not exist in Duduza or Tsakane. Here i relized that i should take a picture of the vehicle of the police officers which i have done take note of their name tags. The EMPD officer was not at the scene of the incident and does not have a idea how i need to be feeling as they are accusing me for something that i have not done after i was punched, pushed, screamed at, humiliated in front of public and threatened by police officials which are meant to be there to procmtect us and show us the right ways. I do have photos of where the incident took place and the vehicle's Registration number aswell as the surnames of the police officials. If someone can please help me as i feel that i can not be held liable to pay any fine after what i have encountered, nor do i feel safe to pull over for a police official as im not sure if same will happen again.
