10111: pathetic service

I called the 10111 number for about 3 times. Agents are so rude, some hung up when you ask for the reference number. To top it all, this one agent sounded so drunk while on duty as a result he couldn't even get my address correctly and kept on laughing, I had to repeat my address several times. These people are paid for nothing, they don't assist at all. This service is so pathetic, it needs to be cancelled.
