10111 operators need intensive training

I called in the early hours to report a crime that was taking part, someone was trying to break in my neighbors house I was talking to the 10111 operator who was laughing, and rude and *********** and unbothered, she called her supervisor who refused to give me a reference for the call and transferred me to the police station
