20 minutes ago i witnessed a hijacking and a kidnaping of a gentlement who looked indian or Pakistan in soshanguve next to transfer, he was driving a white double cap and the 4 guys were driving a small white car. I called saps and a lady who spoke to me said she cant do anything without number plates. So i was supposed to endager myself to report a crime. I gave her car descriptions and the location. Whats wrong with her. No wonder they burn parliament coz they know saps wont do anything as usual. Its not the 1st time i had this problem. Last time i personally went to hercules police station to report a child who was in a tarven on her mother's back while she was drinking and i ended up being the 1 arrested. I dont want SAPS response. Minister of SAPS must look at all this things. Sies 10111. U even assumed i speak isizulu while i dont but wanted to save a persons life.
