10111- Captured??

<p>Spotted a fire out of control this evenng, behind someone's back fence with flames about to set their trees alight. </p> <p>Called 10111 to request the Fire Brigade in Alberton, only to be told to phone 112 (Vodacom emergency Line). Why Vodacom??? </p> <p>Phoned 112 to have a recorded message telling me all of their operators were busy, but "my call was valuable to them" and please stay on the line; meanwhile the flames were getting higher. </p> <p>Eventually called Fox Security who dealt with the matter in the same manner that the idiot answering 10111 should have done. </p> <p>Has 10111 now been captured as well? How did Vodacom get in on the picture??</p>
