I phoned 10111 Saturday night at around 23:30. There was no answer for several minutes after I disconnected the line. Until today they have not even phoned me back. I could have been dead for all they know. Why do we teach our kids that this is the number they are suppose to call in case of emergency when there is NO SERVICE FROM THEM??? I was and still is highly disappointed.
